1. become familiar with key aspects of Islam and its Ismaili tariqah as well as communities of interpretation within the ummah so that they can conduct the tours with understanding and confidence;
2. position the Ismaili Centres as important ambassadorial buildings reflecting the ethos and principles of the Jamat and Imamat institutions;
3. be equipped with relevant resources, perspectives, appropriate vocabulary and pertinent information to respond effectively to commonly asked questions.
