Farzin Vahdat
Biography
Farzin Vahdat is a sociologist interested in critical theory and the development of modernity in the West and the Middle East. He teaches social studies at Harvard University, and is the author of God and Juggernaut: Iran‘s Intellectual Encounter with Modernity (2002). His articles have appeared in journals such as Critique and the International Journal of Middle Eastern Studies.
