Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the principal governing body, responsible for setting the strategic direction and policies governing all aspects of the IIS’s activities.

The Board of Governors is a sub-committee of the Board of Trustees with delegated responsibility for the operational oversight of the organisation as defined in and regulated by the IIS’s Articles of Association.
