مؤسّسه‌‌ی مطالعات اسماعیلی، که در سال ۱۹۷۷ تأسیس شد، یک مؤسّسه‌‌ی آموزش عالی، پژوهشی و تدریسی است که به ارائه‌ی بورسیّه و آموزش با کیفیّت بالا در مورد اسلام و جوامع مسلمان، با تمرکز ویژه بر مطالعات اسماعیلی و مطالعات گسترده‌تر شیعی، و در برگیرنده‌ی زمینه‌های تاریخی و جغرافیایی آنها، اختصاص دارد.
