Current Research and Forthcoming Projects:
Shaheera’s current research focuses on migration and settlement along the Western Indian Ocean including the settlement of South Asian sathpanth communities in East Africa. In addition, she will be contributing with her research assistance on entries for the forthcoming Encyclopaedia of Ismailis.
