Rakeeza Kanth is responsible for managing admissions to the Graduate Programme in Islamic Studies and Humanities as well as marketing the programme to new students.  She is also responsible for the pastoral care of GPISH students and co-ordinating their field trips. 

Before joining the IIS, Rakeeza worked in academic administration and student services roles at King’s College London and The University of Manchester. 

Rakeeza completed her BA (Hons) in English at Queen Mary, University of London, with a particular interest in postcolonial and 19th century literature.
